"jesus Bandit" Finally Apprehended in Princeville

PRINCEVILLE, KAUA`I (Ben Caxton) — Kaua’i police arrested wanted fugitive Richard Leibman, the “Jesus Bandit”, on three Bench Warrants Thursday morning. A resident in Princeville called police around 10:30 AM when he noticed a man sleeping along the side of his house. Responding officers recognized the man as the 41-year-old wanted fugitive and arrested him without incident. Leibman was taken into custody and is currently being held at Police Cellblock in Lihu`e. Leibman had been wanted on three $50,000 Bench Warrants for Revocation or Modification of Probation since October 2018.

    I just saw this guy last week in my back yard in Kalaheo. Is he out of jail again
