Roadwork to Begin in Molokoa Subdivision on May 13

LIHU`E, KUA`I (Ben Caxton) — The Department of Public Works is announcing that GP Maintenance Solutions will be conducting roadwork in the Molokoa Subdivision in Lihu`e on tomorrow 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The scope of work consists of removing stop bars, sealing of cracks, and weed control. Temporary stop bars will be installed in preparation for the upcoming seal coating work. Roads will remain open, but sections at a time of the road lanes will be temporarily closed in order to accommodate the roadwork. Be on the lookout for road work ahead signs as this is a good indication of the work being done in your area and to ensure the safety of the road workers. The county asks that you make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the temporary closures.
