HONOLULU, OAHU (Ben Caxton) — It’s not the end of the rainbow for University of Hawaii Warrier head football coach Nick Rolovich. The University yesterday announced that Rolovich has been signed to a new two-year extension to remain in Manoa through the end of the 2022 season. His contract had been up at the end of the 2020 season. Terms of the new deal automatically add an extra year to the contract if the Rainbow Warriors are invited to a bowl game this year or next. In three seasons, Rolovich has compiled an 18-22 record with a pair of runner-up finishes in the West Division of the Mountain West. Last year’s team earned a trip to the Hawaii Bowl for the second time under Rolovich’s leadership.
